Please keep any valuables that you've brought to spablue with you for the duration of your visit. (Not only do diamonds help 'dress up' our otherwise 'kind of bland' robes, but in case of fire, flood, or other emergency, it's particularly hand to have your house keys 'on hand'.) Unfortunately, spablue cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Ensuring our clients' safety is crucial. A 'client-check' form must be completed before each and every treatment at spablue begins.

spablue reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your preservationist when you book your appointment.

Available for any dollar amount., the spablue gift card makes the perfect gift-giving idea for the 'passionate about pampering' or those ' raging for relaxation'. Please note: All spablue gift cards do have an expiration date.

Please arrive precisely at your designated appointment time, so you'll have plenty of time to unwind and give us the 411 on what's new in your life (aka paperwork). There's noting fashionable about being late, you'll just deprive yourself of the full treatment time.

Please note: We require at least forty-eight hours notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number or spablue card number is needed to secure your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked to secure your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked -unless we hear otherwise in the appropriate amount of time - we'll expect you to be there. 'Skipped' appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held or the spablue card will be forfeited.

Our spa is always buzzing, so reservations are required. Please call well in advance to reserve one our conveted spa services. We suggest at least 7-10 days in advance to schedule spa services, as advance planning ensures the most convenient appointment. However, if you are in desperate need of some bliss asap, give us a ring and we may be able to accommodate your last minute request.

Although we always try to be sensitive to our guest's specific needs, only a small percentage of our staff has thus far been blessed with ESP. We ask that you communicate your specific expectations openly with your assigned technician or therapist, both before and during the treatment so that he or she can target and customize your facial, massage or foot treatment to meet your expectations.

We wouldn't be the trendsetters that we are if we weren't constantly expanding our services. Although we try our best to keep our menu updated, please note that prices and treatments are subject to change at any time. Oh, and one final thing, we love having you as a customer, but spablue does reserve the right to refuse service to any one, at any time, for any reason.
